These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gold365 platform, including the website at gold365wiin.com, the Gold365 App, and all related services (“Platform”). By registering, accessing, or using the Gold365 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Gold365 platform.

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the Gold365 Platform.

1.2 You are solely responsible for verifying whether online gaming is permitted in your jurisdiction under applicable local and national laws before registering.

1.3 Gold365 reserves the right to request age verification or identity documents at any time. Failure to provide such documents may result in account suspension or closure.

1.4 Employees, contractors, agents, consultants, or affiliates of Gold365 are not eligible to create player accounts or participate in any promotions.

1.5 You must not be on any self-exclusion register or have previously been permanently banned from Gold365.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account on Gold365. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms.

2.2 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including your real name, valid mobile number, and any other details requested.

2.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). Gold365 is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from failure to secure your account details.

2.4 You must notify Gold365 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or use of your account via our WhatsApp support channel.

2.5 Gold365 reserves the right to refuse registration or close accounts at its sole discretion.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Gold365 accepts deposits via UPI, PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, IMPS, and net banking.

3.2 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the platform at the time of transaction.

3.3 Withdrawal requests are typically processed within minutes, subject to identity verification and internal compliance checks.

3.4 Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

3.5 Gold365 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending fraud investigations, bonus abuse reviews, or any breach of these Terms.

3.6 Gold365 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms, which will be communicated clearly at the time of the offer.

4.2 Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

4.3 Gold365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

4.4 Misuse or attempted abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and potential permanent suspension of the account.

4.5 Winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after meeting the applicable wagering requirements.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 All bets placed on the Gold365 Platform are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed after submission.

5.2 In the event of a match cancellation, interruption, postponement, or technical error, Gold365 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players’ accounts.

5.3 Gold365’s decision on all betting-related outcomes, disputes, and settlements is final and binding.

5.4 Any attempt to manipulate betting outcomes, exploit glitches, collude with other players, or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all winnings and deposits.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Accessing or using Gold365 for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Creating more than one (1) account on the Platform
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any financial crime
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Gold365 Platform or its servers
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or any other time
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Gold365 staff or other players

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on the Gold365 Platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, trademarks, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of Gold365 or its licensors.

7.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Gold365 content without our explicit prior written consent.

7.3 Any unauthorized use of Gold365’s intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Gold365 does not guarantee winnings, uninterrupted service, or the accuracy of all displayed information.

8.2 Gold365 shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential financial losses resulting from the use of our Platform.

8.3 Gold365’s maximum total liability to any individual user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

8.4 Gold365 is not liable for service interruptions caused by technical faults, internet connectivity issues, third-party provider failures, or force majeure events.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Gold365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at its sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering suspicion, or illegal conduct.

9.2 Upon account termination, all pending bets may be voided and funds may be held pending investigation for a period of up to 90 days.

9.3 You may request account closure at any time by contacting our 24/7 WhatsApp support team. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

10. Changes to These Terms

Gold365 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Gold365 Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the Gold365 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
